1. Parties and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its principal place of business at Unit No. 304, South City Business Park, 770 Anandpur, Kolkata 700107, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”).

1.2 By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1.3 These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Service, which also govern your use of the Service.

2. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Access and Use of the Service

6. Subscription Fees and Payments

6.2. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6.3. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless you cancel prior to the end of the current term in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6.4. Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are governed by the Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy published separately on the Service.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service, including all content, software, and information provided through it, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

AI Coin Checker – Subscription Policy

1. Free Trial

From time to time, AI Coin Checker may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed at the time of sign up.

2. Subscription and Auto Renewal

All paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term (weekly, monthly, annual, or other period selected by you at the time of purchase) until cancellation. The renewal will occur unless you proactively cancel your subscription prior to the end of the then current subscription period.

3. Payment Method and Authorization

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize AI Coin Checker and our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. Such charges may occur at the time of initial purchase and at each subsequent renewal period.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

4.1 General: Canceling your subscription will stop future automatic renewals. However, you will retain access to your subscription benefits through the end of the applicable paid subscription term.

4.2 App Store Subscriptions: If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, you must cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current period to avoid charges.

4.3 Google Play Subscriptions: If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, you must cancel it through your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable period to avoid renewal billing.

4.4 Website Subscriptions: If your subscription was purchased directly through the AI Coin Checker website, you may cancel it by logging into your account settings on our website and disabling auto-renewal or by contacting our support team. Deleting or uninstalling any app will not by itself cancel your subscription.

5. Changes to Subscription Fees

AI Coin Checker reserves the right to modify subscription fees at our discretion. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes by posting updated prices on the Service or by sending you an email notification. You have the option to cancel your subscription before the fee change takes effect if you do not agree to the new rates.

6. Refunds

6.1 App Store Purchases: Requests for refunds on subscriptions purchased via Apple must be made directly through Apple’s support channels in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

6.2 Google Play Purchases: Requests for refunds on subscriptions purchased via Google Play must be made directly through Google Play support in accordance with their refund policies.

6.3 Website Purchases: Except where required by applicable law, subscriptions purchased directly through the AI Coin Checker website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the purchase has been completed.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on our website: Except when required by law, we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. When you purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving a reason. Please note that this right may not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate performance of the subscription and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal as permitted under applicable regional law.

AI Coin Checker – Cancellation Policy

1. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, automatic renewal will be disabled. You will continue to have access to all paid features of your subscription through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already charged unless otherwise specified in our separate Money Back Guarantee or Refund Policy. Deleting the AI Coin Checker mobile app or removing the application from your device does not by itself cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellation Procedures by Purchase Method

If you purchased a subscription through one of the following methods, you may cancel your subscription according to the corresponding procedure:

2.1 Subscriptions Purchased via Apple App Store

If your subscription or free trial was purchased through the Apple App Store, you may cancel at any time by managing your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, it is recommended that you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription term. You alone have control over these settings through your Apple ID.

2.2 Subscriptions Purchased via Google Play Store

If your subscription or free trial was purchased using the Google Play Store, you may cancel at any time by managing your subscriptions through your Google Play account settings. To prevent renewal charges, we recommend disabling auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. Your Google account settings permit you to control your subscription directly.

2.3 Subscriptions Purchased Directly on Our Website

If you purchased your subscription directly through the AI Coin Checker website, you may cancel your subscription by either:

• Logging into your account on our website and selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option within your account or subscription management settings;
• Contacting our customer support team at support@aicoinchecker.com and requesting cancellation.

To avoid charges for the next billing period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial (if applicable) or current subscription period.

1. Voluntary Money Back Guarantee

If you purchase a subscription or other paid service directly from the AI Coin Checker website and a money back option was explicitly presented at the time of checkout, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund if all of the following conditions are met:

3. Refund Rights Under Applicable Law

In addition to the voluntary money back guarantee described above:

• If you reside in the European Union (EU) or other jurisdictions that grant statutory rights to withdraw from a contract for digital content within a specified period, you may have the legal right to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty, typically within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
• This statutory withdrawal right may not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides broader consumer protection or refund rights, those rights will govern unless you have expressly waived them through clear consent as permitted under law.
